Damaged or Defective Goods
Contact us within immediately upon receiving your order, if your order is received damaged. Please take pictures of the damaged items with the packaging intact. Notify the courier company as well of this damaged item. Please send us pictures of the damaged items. Once we have done our assessment, we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.
Given the nature of the item, we do not accept returns. However, if you still wish to return an unused product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will review your request accordingly. If approved, you will have to return the unused product with its packaging intact. You will have to bear the return shipping cost. Once we have received the item, we will assess the same, and issue a full refund by the same payment channel.
Our damaged item replacement, return and refund policy only applies to product purchased from our online store only.
